The innovative CDS system for skin improvement
Due to their low absorption rate, conventional cosmetics find it difficult to build up the skin. LaseMD™ offers an optimized solution here: the laser first creates tiny channels in the skin tissue to allow the cosmeceuticals to penetrate deep into the skin. The ampoules used have been specially developed for this laser treatment, are free of any preservatives and are therefore also suitable for sensitive skin.
Various skin problems can be targeted with LaseMD: Hyperpigmentation, skin tightening, wrinkle reduction or even hair loss.

The active ingredients
The ampoules are individually tailored to the treatment objective. The following active ingredients are available to us for this purpose:
VC ampoule (vitamin C)
Vitamin C is an antioxidant and stimulates the formation of new collagen. Vitamin C also helps to rejuvenate photoaging and skin damage caused by exposure to light.
VA ampoule (vitamin A/retinol)
Vitamin A (retinoic acid, retinol) is the gold standard among anti-ageing active ingredients. It is able to stimulate the cells to produce new collagen. Collagen degradation is reduced and the capacity of the epidermis to bind moisture is significantly increased.
TA ampoule (tranexamic acid)
Tranexam has a skin-lightening effect and is used to treat hyperpigmentation and age spots.
RS ampoule (resveratrol)
Resveratrol is a highly potent anti-ageing active ingredient and protects the skin from free radicals

What is LaseMD™?
LaseMD™ is a unique combination treatment consisting of a non-ablative fractional thulium laser and the corresponding cosmeceuticals specially developed for this treatment. The concept enables an ideal environment for the absorption of active ingredients to promote the optimization of the skin from the inside out.

How does the treatment work?
Before the actual treatment with the LaseMD™, the skin is cleaned and disinfected. The individual areas of skin are then scanned with the laser several times in succession. After the laser treatment, a cosmeceutical serum tailored to your needs is applied to the skin. The treatment is followed by a final treatment to optimize the skin’s recovery process. As a rule, 3 to 5 treatments are required at intervals of approx. 2-4 weeks.
Which cosmeceuticals are used for skin rejuvenation?
The special vitamin C ampoules, as well as retinol and resveratrol, are suitable for reducing fine lines and improving the skin structure. For home care, we recommend a day care product with antioxidant and regenerating active ingredients.
Which cosmeceuticals are used for hyperpigmentation?
We use special tranexamic acid ampoules to reduce hyperpigmentation and pigmentation spots. With the LaseMD™ treatment and the use of the TA ampoule with tranexamic acid, we can lighten the skin and make even larger spots on the skin less noticeable
Is the LaseMD™ treatment painful?
Treatment with the LaseMD™ is very well tolerated by most patients. You should expect a slight stinging sensation and a feeling of heat during the treatment.
When can the first results be expected?
The first improvements can be seen after just a few days. However, your skin will continue to optimize over the next few weeks.
How many treatments are necessary?
Depending on the skin condition, we recommend a treatment series of 3-5 sessions to achieve optimal results. We would be happy to advise you individually in our practice.
Should I expect any downtime?
Immediately after the treatment, there may be slight redness and, in rare cases, slight swelling. As a rule, you can go about your daily activities immediately after the treatment.
What do I need to consider after the treatment?
On the day of treatment, we recommend avoiding make-up, sauna, sport and sun exposure (including visits to solariums). An individually tailored skincare routine with ZO® Skin Health products is ideal as a supplement.
Can the treatment be combined with other methods?
Yes, the treatment can be combined with other applications depending on your needs. We achieve very good results, for example, in combination with radiofrequency microneedling. We would be happy to advise you personally.
